A new brand for a leading business
Diversity Consulting was quickly growing out of their brand. Realising the much bigger opportunities the growth of their business presented, they needed a brand to match.
They developed the Symmetra name, and called on us to help with the brand strategy and identity.
The new brand position leverages and builds on what was driving the success of the business, and sets a bold direction for the future.
The identity is about seeing things from different perspectives. This is key when it comes to being a leader within social, ethical and sustainability agendas of larger businesses.
It was a complete brand transformation, to confidently position Symmetra as the thought-leader of their industry.
Perfect brand symmetry
The expansive identity rollout, including a newly designed website and supporting collateral, had to live up to expectations from their roster of high-profile clients including the Commonwealth Bank.
We aimed to produce perfect brand symmetry across all touch-points, capturing that elusive balance of authority and approachability, with a healthy splash of creative intelligence.

Lets go with letterpress
The invite design for the Symmetra Connect events were high intensity when it came to production and sourcing – they included thick black letterpressed cards that were edge painted that beautiful hot pink, all held together by the Symmetra degree magnet to connect the back and front of the invite.
Hello is that Australia post…?
There were a few calls made to Australia Post to ask whether the magnets would cause any issues on their end with the sorting machines.
And there were some rumours of magnets wiping hard drives so we had to mock-up, test and investigate! All was well in the end.
