The Owners Club
An eco luxury brand
The Owners Club brand is an expression of the sweet tension between luxury (and our preconceptions of it) paired with an ethos of a responsible approach to the environment—through its commitment to land conservation for future generations and sustainable building practices.
There is a bit of mystery to this place. The Owners Club (TOC) is a piece of paradise in Byron Bay.
Its comprised of a handful of houses on acres of land, with conservation at the core of the development vision.
It’s set on good sustainable foundations and a vision to protect the land for future generations.
A good brand strategy starts with conceptualising and we had fun exploring the different areas TOC could position itself in the mind of future residents. This “ruler” brand wanted to make happen what was never dreamt possible.

We began by rolling out the brand identity to a brochure – a beautifully produced piece to help tell the story of “place”—the way The Owners Club would tell it. The logo formed a keyhole to give a tad of insight and maintain a little mystery around what was to come.
The white timbre detail (used in the houses) was a feature we brought into the visual identity, here above on the cover of the brochure.
