• You have a minimum of 3 years account management experience and can effectively manage projects end-to-end (we are open to more years experience should the person be a great fit for the studio)

• You have the ability to identify organic growth opportunities with existing clients and can plan ways to bring these opportunities to fruition
• We do integrated work that considers all brand touch-points so you should have a passion for the digital space as well as brand

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• As Account Manager you will be running brand, design and digital projects from start to finish
• Assisting our Client Service Director on our key project
• Maintaining and nurturing strong client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities with existing clients
• Expanding their design capabilities working across a variety of industries and project types (product, brand, digital, and more)
• End-to-end account management – from estimating, briefing and scheduling to closing projects and invoicing…and everything in between
• Production Management responsibilities - weekly resources planning to ensure all live projects get the attention they need
• Coordinating the project team including external suppliers to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget and to a very high standard
