We don't want anyone to miss out so we ship our puzzles all over the globe.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. If you cannot see your country listed as an option, contact us at signup@universalfavourite.com.au for detailed shipping costs to your region.
All puzzles are shipped via Sendle and therefore subject to their delivery times.
Packing for domestic and international orders are fulfilled in house by Universal Favourite, Australia. Once an order is placed, processing takes between 3-5 business days.
International delivery
Duties and import taxes are determined by the customs agent in the recipient's location. Payment of any duties and import tax is the responsibility of the recipient.
Refund policy
If your item is damaged or faulty, firstly we are so sorry that slipped through the cracks! Please contact signup@universalfavourite.com.au within 7 days of receipt of your item. Send us a photo and an outline of the issue and we will replace your item or supply a refund.
Universal Favourite is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If the package is returned to Universal Favourite due to an incomplete delivery address, or failure to collect from a depot, all costs for return shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Return policy
We unfortunately do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind after receiving the puzzle. Items can only be returned if damaged or faulty (see refund policy).
Cancellation policy
Got cold feet? Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours from order confirmation. Please contact signup@universalfavourite.com.au as soon as possible to process cancellation request.
